How to use scratch and sniff stickers?

Just lightly scratch the surface of your sticker, and sniff as the aromas and smells release from the sticker!

How do the stickers stay smelly?

Our stickers use scent encapsulation technology so sticker scents stay fresher for longer! Imagine little microscopic bubbles on the surface of the stickers, when you scratch you pop those bubbles and release the scent from the sticker!

Do the stickers lose their scent over time?

Yes, eventually all scratch and sniff stickers lose scent. However Dr. Stinky scratch and sniff stickers are designed with micro encapsulation to last longer than any other process. You can expect your sticker to be stinky fresh for years!

When are new scents and styles coming out?

New scents are released often! Check out the Dr. Stinky homepage to see the newest stickers and scents!

How many stickers come per pack?

Each pack comes with two sticker sheets with 13 stickers each, making each pack a total of 26 scratch and sniff stickers! Every pack of Dr. Stinky stickers also comes with one “Mystery Sticker/ scent” except for the stickers in the Candy Fanatics collection!

We accept most major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Will I be charged tax?

Yes, tax charges are based on applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order.

How do I check my order status?

If you provided an email address during checkout, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. If you need further assistance, please contact us here.

Shipping Information

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping to US destinations.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship using UPS and USPS.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $30 and above. For orders below $30, there is a $5 flat rate shipping fee. Products are shipped with USPS and UPS, according to those carriers' shipping terms.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We make every effort to pack and ship your order swiftly. Orders are shipped during business hours Monday-Friday, most within 24 hours of receipt. If you provided your email address at checkout, you will receive an email when your order ships with your tracking number.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Orders may also be shipped via another USPS or UPS service.

Typical Shipping Times (Contiguous US):USPS Ground Advantage: On average, 2-5 Business Days

UPS Ground: On average, 1-5 Business Days

Returns

How do I return my product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on return processing. If a return shipment is needed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

My order arrived incorrectly / damaged / missing items.

We’re sorry something went wrong. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Requests received more than 10 days after products are delivered may be subject to our return policy. You can use our Contact Form to reach us about your order.
