Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on US orders of $30 and above. For US orders below $30, there is a $5 flat rate shipping fee. Products are shipped with USPS and UPS, according to those carriers’ shipping terms. Most shipments arrive within 7-10 business days in the contiguous US.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada from our warehouse in Ohio for a flat $22 per order, whatever the order size. The free shipping offer on $30 or more applies to US orders only. Canadian orders ship with a tracked international service instead of USPS or UPS. We pay Canadian import duties and taxes for you, so you will not be asked to pay anything extra at checkout or at delivery.

Most Canadian orders arrive 7 to 14 business days after they ship, though customs processing and remote locations can add time. We email you a tracking number when your order ships. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Please enter your full address with postal code and a phone number at checkout, since the carrier may need it to deliver.
